Yes, there are wheel locks that are available for a tandem axle trailer that you can have keyed alike. They aren't lug nut locks like the but instead standard locks that clamp around your tire and wheel to secure them, and you can get multiple locks with the same key by choosing the "Keyed Alike" option on the drop-down page.
These will work so long as your trailer has wheels that are between 12" and 20", which most do:

I do have a solution for you, but unfortunately we do not have any kits available for locking up your 5th wheel setup.
Instead what you can use is the Tow Ready Base Rail Lock # TR63254, along with the 5th Wheel Coupler Lock # e98896, and the Master Lock Padlock # ML4140LH.

Technically yes, the BOLT Spare Tire Lock # BL5922986 will lock onto a boat trailer's spare tire and will hold up to possibly being submerged. The problem you will run into is the lock is designed to fit into the recessed well that you won't normally find on trailer wheels. If you use the lock on a wheel where the entire lock is exposed it would be fairly easy for a would-be thief to get to the lug nut and spin it off by hand.

Having more than one wheel lock makes it a harder task for anyone trying to take your trailer. This is especially helpful if your trailer has a spare since they cannot just remove the wheel and tire for the spare.

You could use the Rack'Em Lock'em Magnum Wheel Lock # RA-25.
This will do a great job of deterring theft with its thick steel, by disabling 1 wheel, and can be keyed alike to match other Rack'Em locks.

Part # RG01-150 is a 1/2 inch locking lug nut designed for 1/2 inch wheel studs. 1/2 inch wheel studs are the lug nuts you need and Lionshead # LHLR103 is a good option for your trailer. The wheel lock set, part # RG01-150, are not actually key specific. They're universal locks. The "key" that comes with them is just an adapter to make a lug wrench fit the locks but it isn't specific to the set you purchased. They're just designed to make one lug nut different and make it a harder for a would-be thief because it's unlikely they'll be carrying that adapter around with them.

I may have a solution for you, but we do not have a locking lug nut with those specs. However, you could use the Dexter Flange Wheel Nut - 5/8" # 95188 which has an 18 thread pitch, which has the specs you're looking for, but it is not a locking lug nut. This would be the closest solution that we have available.

The traditional gooseneck coupler locks like the # BLTL-53-40D2 will not work on this adapter. We do have a few solutions though that will help with theft reduction though.
First you can loosen the set screw that holds the inner coupler tube in, remove the coupler, and then store it in a locked vehicle or other location.
